Description
Our mind is a mushroom garden. Our thoughts, like mushrooms, continually rise up in an endless procession, leading us on through myriad desire forms, unceasing. The devotee tries to still the mind, chopping at the fungi, hoping they will cease to disturb his restless consciousness. Only through meditation does the mind finally surrender ego to soul and attain the peace it yearns for.
